FAQ

Good questions, honest answers.

Will it fade or turn yellow?

No. Our fencing contains 10 parts per 100 of titanium dioxide, a powerful UV inhibitor, so it keeps its colour for life. That's also why we only offer light colours: darker vinyl can't yet be guaranteed for a lifetime.

Can it go on a slope?

Yes. Picket and privacy fencing can follow the slope or be stepped, and rails can be shortened on site to fit.

How strong is plastic fencing?

Around 4 times stronger and more flexible than wood. Rails are reinforced with internal ribs, posts are self-supporting, and gates have steel inserts and more than 100 rivets.

Can I install it myself?

Yes. Parts slide and lock into place, and our installation instructions and technical drawings walk you through it.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Peeling, rotting, yellowing, blistering, cracking and corroding, for the lifetime of the original homeowner. Commercial installations are covered for 30 years.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes. We have distributors around the UK and in Europe, and have shipped to customers as far away as Australia, the UAE and Nigeria.
